The base of this unit is manufactured from mild steel sheet and uses RHS cross members and pressed ribs for additional strength. All the corner posts and shelves, main rails and cross members are manufactured from rolled hollow section and the back, sides and door panels are pressed from mild steel sheet which is corrugated where required.

The sloping roof is pressed and fitted with suitable bracing, welded around the perimeter and fitted with crane lifting points, and the six steel sliding doors (3 on each long side) run on easy glide track. Constructed from mild steel, the sump is fully seam welded and fitted with galvanised steel pallet channels (3 per pallet space).

This model can hold up to 96 x 205ltr drums or 24 x 1000ltr IBCs across two levels and will accommodate standard 1200mm x 1200mm, 1200mm x 1000mm and 1200mm x 800mm pallets.
