1 Door Lithium ion Battery Cabinet

1-door fire cabinet designed to store, and charge, lithium-ion batteries safely across 4 perforated shelves.

  • Manufactured from twin walled 1-1.5mm thick cold pressed steel with layer of high-density ceramic fibre free insulation rated to 800°c
  • Anti-acid epoxy powder paint finish
  • Doors close and lock automatically (hydraulic closing system) at 47°c to contain fire, sealed by 3cm thermo-expanding seal (DIN 4102)
  • 100mm diameter air inlets and outlet pipe valves close automatically to seal the cabinet at 70°c
  • Key-operated door lock (2 keys supplied)
  • Adjustable feet to ensure level installation on uneven floors
  • Anti-spark hinges and earthing terminal help prevent accidental ignition
  • 2 small grids for passive ventilation
  • Optional 3 amp control panel features; fire detection and FirePro automatic extinguishing, alarm, 128 x 64 pixel graphic supply, LPCD certified to EN 12094-1 and EN54.2 & 4
  • Optional charging power sockets for safe charging of lithium-ion batteries
  • Model CH-L1Q1PGB features quarantine suppression, in the event of fire, batteries are automatically released into the integrated water tank
  • All cabinets certified to 90 minute fire resistance in event of an internal or external fire EN 14470-1 TYPE 90
